Greenfield LLC is an asset-based company that procures, transloads, and exports forest products from North & South America.

The company has the mission of securing long term softwood forest resources to export to main Asia-Pacific markets such as China, India, and Vietnam. The company’s largest market is also the world’s largest - the China softwood log market - where demand for logs has been steadily increasing and where China has been diversifying its supply base to countries and log species throughout the world.

At present, the total area of the world's certified forests is about 3 billion hectares, North and South America account for about 45% of that area. This timberland resource is the most attractive and underutilized supply area in the world due to the excess supply compared to domestic demand.

Our global presence and a rigorous approach to sales and marketing enables us to spread risk over multiple markets and between wholesalers and end users. With our combined volume of forest products exported each year, we are also flexible enough to respond to prices and demand.
